It is time for the first official Mountain Hounds kick-off meeting. Saturday, August 18, 4pm. Amy Reynard has volunteered her house for us to invade. I will do my best to take good minutes for those that can’t make it. At this meeting we need to cover the following items.

- Bob & Rick’s visit last week to the Sidney James
- Speakers for 2008
- Food
- Suggestions for changes

I realize it is only August but with all the changes for 2008 we need to get moving on setting up speakers so we can drum up attendees and vendors. Labor Day is around the corner, followed by BBH, the Tennis Tournament, Dewey, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Next thing we know it is January and we haven’t started our planning. We must have the registration form in place by December. This means we must have speakers and food offerings in place as well as a tentative schedule.

I-485 to exit 61-South Johnston Road
Take Johnston Rd South to Ardrey Kell Rd, turn left at signal
Go through intersection of Marvin Road and turn left on Travis Gulch (1st left after Marvin)
Turn left onto Zackery Ave
Right onto Kenderly, Amy’s house is on the corner lot on your right
