the fletcher, nc playgroup has ended until july when the baseball season ends so i am out of a playgroup. it will take me 1.5 hours to get to the charlotte playgroup but Odie really enjoys it so i am thinking of coming that way this weekend. his riding in the car skills are improving so i don't think he will stress too much. i saw that it runs from 9-12... are most people there the whole time? if not, when are the most of the people there? who is planning to come this weekend? just looking for some info!

thanks!

If it isn't too cold people start showing up at 9. Most people are there at 10. (Especially those late sleepers like my crew.)

OK, weather looks good so we are coming! I have no idea when I will actually get there because I have never been there before but I am thinking around 10:00ish. We are very excited to meet some new people and dogs!

Mac was a BIG fella! I think the biggest grey I've seen---but Odie was a big guy too --very handsome! I know that was quite a jaunt for you both, but glad you were able to come and meet some people--maybe you guys can come back sometime when you are up for a big adventure!

Maddie wished she could have been there yesterday, but with stitches in the paw, the vet said no jumping running etc for 2 weeks. She is resting up for the rematch that has been requested between her and Cash for lure racing on the 29th. She is sorry that she did not get to meet Odie and hopes to meet him soon.

We think that her first boo-boo (on the webbing of her paw) healed but that she hit something lure racing & reopened it so I took her in on Thursday after 5 days of the cut being reopened and bleeding. The vet and I decided to put a stitch or 2 in the paw. and to put her on antibiotics as an ifection was started to develop. Maddie had a local and only "flinched" when they gave her the shot, no GSOD which surprised the relief vet thatwas working on her. (Mads is a tough girl) and has been spoiled since Thursday. She os on the road to recovery.

Guess what?? I just found out that I work with Mack's mommy! She came up and asked if I was at playgroup on Sat. and that Mack was there...I remember her telling me before that he was big (although I couldn't remember his name). What a small world!
