It is with much sadness that I write this tonight. Gordon and Barb's Roxie has gone to the bridge. She was such a sweet girl. I think she was 14 years old. I'll miss little Miss Roxie. It does help to know that she had 4 wonderful years with the Upchurch's. She couldn't have had a better home.
Run Free little girl. |

Run free Roxie with your new Angel Wings.
You proved them wrong when they said you only had a couple of months-who would have thought it would be 4 years. _________________ Blanche E Fedor

Thanks to everyone for your kind thoughts! Ms. Roxie was a very special little lady, we always called her "Your Magesty" because she was such a bossy little thing. She came to us at age 11, we saw her at GFNC upon her return and she looked so pitiful. We had just lost of one of our greys and I told my husband that she just needed a good place to live out her life, she probably would not live 6 months. She was with us 3 1/2 years, and gave us reason to smile daily. (Needless to say my husband never forgot my comment (smile). Roxie had several brothers and sisters waiting to welcome her as she crossed the bridge, I'm sure she is again holding court and enjoying every minute! _________________ Mom to - Snowflake, Bella, Tifa and Hunter
