I have heard of other dogs doing that. (Sahara doesn't.) I don't think it means anything. If he keeps them short, you may not have to cut them. Laughing

Paige is the only one of My three that chews toenails and it doesn't seem to bother anything. I have a Granddaughter that does it too, if He isn't making them bleed I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Memmie will chew anything and she does chew her toenails. We will all get into bed and I will close my eyes only to hear the toenail chewer going at the nails. Rolling Eyes
