Now that Rowdy has decided he likes us and wants to keep us he has starting giving kisses. They are wonderfully sweet and I don't want to discourage but his breath will knock you down!!! It's even worse if he's standing by you and yawns- OMG!

He has his first vet visit next Saturday just to meet the doctor so I know I can ask him but thought Id poll here as well for possible solutions. I've only had him a few weeks so his teeth were cleaned before adoption.

Thanks guys! Very Happy

some of them are as famous for that as they are there gassyness, sometimes its there food and sometimes its there teeth. even after they have had them cleaned sometimes. but the vet should be able to help on that one. there are some treats out there that do help some though.

Are you brushing his teeth? Tessie has terrible breath and I found oxyfresh in their drinking water does help. When I run out and don't use it Tessie breath will get fishy again.

In addition to the 50/50 hydrogen peroxide/baking soda swapping I told you about, if nothing else works, the vets have a solution you add to their drinking water.

Tara has always had horrible breath. I just learned how to accept it and her gas. I tried brushing her teeth but soon gave up. I can deal with it.
