I am going to post this here and also in Grey Life. If anyone has any contacts at any pet product companies, now is the time to start calling them for donations for Mountain Hounds for the silent auctions, raffles, prizes, goodie bags, etc. If you have any questions you can contact me at

. Thanks for any help in advance.

I have a list of people that I am sending donation requests too. Will send you an email with their info.

Hopefully they will come through.

Thanks Lynda. I appreciate it.

I have already received a response from Blue Dog Bakery again for this year and they will be a sponsor. WOO HOO. The letter to Kong Company has gone out. And I will be sending out the letter again for Blue Buffalo Company (from my hometown) will be going out shortly asking again for their support. and I have located some new companies that are BIG into greyhound rescue so keep those fingers crossed that they come through for us.

If anyone has any suggestions for companies that do donations. Or if you work at a company or know someone who knows someone let Amy know. The more "stuff" we get for free the better.

It doesn't have to be just dog stuff. We can use bottled water or sodas. We need a cake for the Biscuit Bark & Roo. And chips, plates, forks, napkins, table cloth. We need things like garbage cans/bags, fencing posts, kiddie pools, water hoses.

We have a donation letter and we will ask if you don't want to. All they can do is say No. But they might say Yes.

Actually- I already have a company that I am writing for bottled water ( afriend of my Dad - his son works for Nestle so I will write to them) as I know him personally. We were too late last year to submit the request so I have it marked down as a big priority for this year. But I appreciate any help that I can get as the more free stuff the better.

OK- I am still looking for names and address for any contacts of any companies that we can ask for donations for this years Mountain Hounds. We have had several donation letters go (with the help of my writers - you all know who you are and I appreciate the help Very Happy ) and several companies have come back stated that they are sending donations- we are not going to tell you who as it is a surprise and you will have to wait and see.

So if you know anyone, that we can ask, please let me know so I can send them a letter. Thanks

Woof and Hoof is donating a box of treats and a greyhound book for us.
I finally got a printer cartridge today so I can print out the letter Lynda sent me and send it to my place in Florida we always go to when we visit my parents.
that is all I can think of now.
