Happy Thanksgiving
Dont forget to make a yummy pumpkin treat for your Hound.
I cut this recipe in 1/2 and make one sheet.

Oatmeal Pumpkin Bars

12 c. Oatmeal
4 c. Whole wheat Flour
8 eggs
3/4 c oil
2/3 c honey
1/2 c molasses
2 c milk
1 large can solid pack pumpkin
3 or 4 mashed bananas (optional)

Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2 cookie sheets

Dump everything into a VERY LARGE bowl.
Mix ths whole mess together.
Pat into greased cookie sheets and back at 325 for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, turn oven off and allow the treats to cool in the oven.
Break apart into what ever size you want.
These freeze really well also.

I made it yesterday. I left out the molassas and bananas and cut it in half. My two legged kids like them too!
