Angel has discovered the joys of the couch! It only took about an hour for her to claim her half!! Last night Cornbread (my mini poodle) was in her spot. She stared at him, looked at me pathetically, looked back at him, then climbed up and stood over him and stared and looked pitiful. Well, finally with a long sigh, Cornbread got up and moved, and Angel laid down on her spot. What a silly girl!!

Silly Girl !!! Pride shares the couch with the wife, He takes three quarters and the wife gets what's left. Blue Moon shares the couch in the Den with Paige but if there's not enough room She'll get up into the recliner. They're not spoiled are They?

Maddie has not found the couch as the couch is only big enough for me- but she has found my bed and the guest bed upstairs

now that Angel has discovered the couch, she has decided that she could jump into the bed, and has slept there the last couple of nights, and she FINALLY jumped into the car all by herself this weekend!!!! YAY!!!!

My precious loves the couch also. She prefers the one in the family room but if you are sitting on the living room one she decides all of a sudden that she needs to be on that one. But it is very rare that she puts her head on you ,i always seem to get the butt! ewwwwwwww!

You know, i always seem to get the butt too!! Not just with Angel but Panama did that as well!

yep dash and alex like to stick there butt up there in your face as well. dash does at least look you in the face or i should say lick you in the face, before getting comfortable on the couch with his big greyhound butt aimed right at you. you gotta wacth when alex aims his butt at you cause it is usually relieving pressure and ohhh man does he stink. my digger always did the same as well when he was hear. must be a greyhound thing

I get the butt facing me when Maddie is laying on the bed and it is not pretty either - Haz Mat time when Maddie does one of her famous greyhound ________ (fill in the blank) (She has cleared a room many times)

Gotta ask how a mini poodle got the name of "Cornbread" There must be a story about it. Tell please.

I actually did not name him Cornbread. In 1999, my sister and her now ex-husband, got two little chocolate poodles. They each named one, my sister named the female Zelda and my brother in law named the male Cornbread. My brother in law for some strange reason always wanted a dog named Cornbread. Well, in 2001, they had a baby, and Cornbread was not happy, and actually snapped at her!!! So i said i would take him, which solved all the jealousy issues, he fell in love with the baby when there was no longer competition... So now i have that little bugger named Cornbread. And he now has a new best friend/sister named Angel. They actually just began snuggling up with each other!! So adorable!!!

Well being the South the name Cornbread fits.

this is how i found karis on the couch today when i got out of the shower. the best part is her back feet aren't really touching the floor, just hanging there!
