Just when things are hectic, fosters are at the vet to be spayed/neutered, couple email and phone inquiries about adoptions waiting to be answered, house needs cleaning but a bad cold holds you down, work schedule at the 'real' job is more than you've bargained for ----- then all of the sudden this email pops up in the in-box from someone who recently adopted one of the fosters! Dancing Thumbs up

Words cannot describe how much we love this little girl, and the joy she's brought to our home. For a pup who's had such a troubled life, she is amazingly friendly and outgoing. Everyone we meet is charmed by her, and she is a world-class kisser! I eagerly await our first M & G with you guys...so she can visit her "roots" and begin her work as an ambassador for adoption.
Thanks...again, and always...for making this miracle happen.

It shows that every single volunteer plays such an important role in making these things possible!
Attending a meet and greet, handing out a business card, talking about greyhound adoption, helping at the kennel, donating goods or money etc etc. - everything helps! Very Happy
In this particular case, several adoption groups and volunteers worked together to make this adoption happen.
