We had to take Justice to the Emergency room Saturday. He spiked a fever of 106. His Babesia tests came back negative. His labs are normal, His Xray and ultrasound films are normal. His physical exam is normal. I took him to an Internal Medicine specailist and he wonders if it is not some type of Immune Response disorder. Perhaps Lupus or Immune triggered Polyarthritis. He is eating and acting normal now except for when he has the fevers. He is still on two different antibiotics.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I am so sorry to hear he had a bad time again. That is so scary.
My Cheewa has autoimmune disorder and lots of allergies. The vet thinks he has lupus. He has been through a lot last year but doing better now on chinese herbs from our vet here.
I have him on raw and some home cooked food, he eats like a king. He has never had fevers but was very sick last fall after the cortisone shot we did in June for his allergies wore off and he rebounded. He had no evergy and looked horrible.

(BTW Cheewa is white and red with a black face!!)
