i guess this is more rembrance of him. but ijust keep thinking of all the good times we had together there were some stressfull and some funny. i think one of the funniest things i remember was how he loved to eat tolet paper rolls. he could steal those things faster than you could put them in there. i remember one evening i was sitting down stairs watching tv, and realized he had gotten very quite, realizing that famliar jingle of his collar had stopped could only mean one of two things, either he had gone to sleep, which he wasnt on his bed or on the couch with me so that was not the case, or he was up to no good Cool i jumped up and yelled for him up stairs and there he stood at the top of the stairs just as proud and guilty looking as he could be Surprised with a brand new roll in his mouth and a trail of it behind him. seeing that he was caught and knowing he'd done wrong he paused and hung his head down and then perked right back up Very Happy and ran for the bedroom. i had to laugh at him and almost couldnt even scold him on that one, he was so proud of himself i did have to delay just a minute before getting it from him. i never undertood why he liked tolet paper rolls so much, but he did. i miss him so much. Crying or Very sad i hope they have them at the bridge so he can drag them anywhere he wants. you go big buddy have at it you earned it.

It helps to remember the good times. You will always have the memories and they will help you through. group hug

Digger sounds like he was quite the character. I have a grey that loves to rip up toliet paper too. Wouldn't it be interesting if at an Open House one of the games was, who can tear up the toliet paper roll the quickest?

yes he certainly was, the one thing he figured out that i never couldwas he could actually get the roll off without removeing the holder, he seemed to have a thing for paper. at the dinner table the only thing he'd steal was the napkins, never would he touch the food. he was like no other. i always got a kick out of watching him in our backyard. my wife would plant bushes and water them and keep them watered every day. and without a dought he would go outside and pea all over her newly planted bushes. she'd fuss at him and go water them again to wash them off, id go out in the yard with him and he'd run up to them stop for a second and then turn and look at me ears all perked up with a mischeifus look and just soak the new bush. i tryed my best not to laugh but i just couldnt help it. he knew what he was doing, eventually she gave up the battle to stop him and finnally just laughed with me. he was something.

My Smokey has a thing for toliet paper too. Our rolls just slide onto the holder. He will walk in and when he hits the paper he pulls it off the roll and goes to play. We no longer buy those big triple rolls and just go for the singles. That way if he gets one we aren't losing as much TP. Laughing
