As you all know, the good folks at Continental Boarding have been extremely kind to us. Letting our hounds run on Saturdays and giving us free kennel space whenever we've brought large groups of dogs to Charlotte. Never asking for anything in return.

At playgroups we've been collecting donations and last week we gave David and Dr. Lisa a $300 gift card to Lowes to thank them for all the support they've provided. We've also ordered a dump truck load of dirt to repair low spots and holes in the play field. The dirt will be delivered Friday 3/16.

We've set this Saturday 3/17 as a worker bee day. Instead of bringing your hounds come out at 9:00 with shovels and rakes (and wheel barrows, if you have them). We'll be filling holes taking care of anything else that needs attention on the playfield in order to keep it a safe and fun place for all the dogs that use it.

With the rain today the ground is way too soft to drive a dump truck across the play field known as "Lake Continental". So we are going to have it delivered next week and our WORKER BEE DAY will be 3/24.
