Yesterday I had to say goodbye (for now) to my beloved Keno. I can find no words to express my gratitude for the 7+ years he blessed me with his love and devotion. It is my sincere hope I was worthy.

He is your friend, your partner,
your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true,
to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy
of such devotion. ~unknown~

12.12.06 One of the last photos I took of Keno. This was always his spot on the couch. The day I took this he had been out in the yard with Carly while she dug a huge hole. From the looks of his paws, he may have helped a little too.

Cynthia, So sorry to hear Keno (AKA Mr.Peebody)retired to the Rainbow Bridge.He is in a good place and has lots of friends and family there to have fun run with. I know it is hard to lose a good friend.

i am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet keno. i never met him, but could tell by the way you spoke how special he was. i know you had only 7 1/2 years together, but i am sure there were many special moments you shared during that time that will hopefully bring you comfort.
