First I want to say that Riley did so good at her first greyhound event. Riley is still a puppy (21 months) so she plays hard and sleeps just as hard. We have a Vibe and were traveling with a full car. Smile Three hounds in the back. Riley was taking more than her share and sleeping right in the middle of the back. Memmie did not have a place to lay down so she was pacing and looking for a spot. First she stepped on Riley's legs, no response from Riley, she then stepped on her head, nothing from Riley, she then stepped across her and stepped on her legs again, nothing, Memmie then started to dig the covers and covered up Riley, nothing. I could see her breathing deep but thought she might be in a coma. Smile I called to Riley, nothing, I poked Riley, nothing, I had to push her up and scream her name and she looked up as if to say....."What". That girl really sleeps. I made her get up and she relocated, Mem got a place to lay and Riley went right back into a deep sleep. She travels like a dream. We had a great time at Mountain Hounds and so did Riley.

Memmie, next year you can ride with me. Poor thing, sister just moves in and takes over. I can't believe how well our six got a long in the cabin. Riley tried her best to get the others to play but they were too pooped.

Maggie-Mae rode all the way home sitting in the passenger seat. Head bobbing as she was falling asleep. Smokey was way in the back of the van with his head laying on ALL his stuffies sound asleep. My crowd was glad to be home.

On Sunday when we took Maggie out for a walk she wouldn't go back in the cabin. She walked over to the van and sat beside the door. I had to carry her into the cabin. Then on Monday when I took her with me to the store she wouldn't come out of the van. Maggie said, all the people are gone so now lets go too.

Riley is such a wild woman...yet far better than Josie was at that age! Remember, if you ever get tired of that precious little girl, she can come live with me, JoJo and Smokey! love love love
