Bark in the Park is this Saturday, April 28th, from 10-4pm.

Bark in the Park is held by the Mecklenburg County Park and Rec Dept and sponsored by Harris Teeter. It is a fundraiser to fund more dog parks in Mecklenburg. GFNC will have a table at the event. Come on out and stop by to say hello.

We are looking for volunteers for this event. If you are available please contact me. I know we have a lot going on this weekend. If you come to the event, spend some time at the booth telling people about your greyhound.

Location: William R. Davie Park, 4635 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte
This park is up from the "Pink" church, Calvary Baptist.
The website gives info on the event and parking.

If it wasn't the same weekend as Greyhounds In Gettysburg, I would love to be there. :(

We have a crazy day planned, but if Josie and I can get there, we'll be happy to help out.

We had a GREYT time at Bark in the Park!!! Thank you to all the volunteers who came out. There were many more people than last year and we talked so much I lost my voice.

Alos a Hello to all the new greyhound owners we met today. Hopefully you make it over to the forum.
