Ann,

When we adopted Silver I didn't get the blue form either (I think it fell out of the packet or something) so I called the National Greyhound Association ( 785-263-4660) and they sent me the form.

OK Everyone called NGA for blue forms received them yesterday, filled them out and they are on there way to both owners. Sent a pic of each baby with a little note. Will keep everyone updated Very Happy

OK just wanted to let everyone know i recieved the transfer certificate in the mail today for both my girls. You would have thought i won the lottery i was so excited. Hubby just kept looking at me saying they were ours to begin with! Laughing But this just makes it so much better to see that they are truly ours now!
