Barbara and Meredith of the Canine Cafe are sponsoring a photo session with the Easter Bunny and GFNC is the recipient of all money collected.

We did this event in 2004 and it was a lot of fun. You can see pictures at this url. This was at her old location in Pineville.

We need volunteers for this event. If you are available let me know. Hopefully we will have enough volunteers to split shifts.

Canine Cafe does all the advertising for us. The Pineville PetsMart M&G is cancelled for that weekend so those volunteers if possible can help here.

We have a photographer. We need a second bunny volunteer. And we need people to help with taking money and moving people through. We can also setup a M&G table as well. If you can help out let me know and I will get with you about the details.

Hopefully Maddie will not try and eat the Easter bunny (ha ha ha)

We need another bunny volunteer. This time the bunny doesn't wear a big headpiece but is in combo hat and makeup. So if one person tries to do the whole six or seven hours you can tell in the picture that the bunny was tired.

The bunny does not have to be male, there are female bunnies too. You can do morning shift or afternoon shift. This is really a good money maker for GFNC so let me know if you can be the bunny.

Do we have a bunny yet??? If not, I'll "be the bunny".

Hi Lynda:

I won't be able to volunteer because I've got both kids all day Saturday, but I have made brochures for my engraved picture frames that I'll be happy to bring by to be handed out at the GFNC table (thanks for the idea Rick!). I'll donate $2 from every frame sold to GFNC. Let me know if that's okay!

Thank you to all the volunteers and to the greyhounds that came out to have their picture made! We took lots of pictures and made some $$ for the greyhounds.
