Hello to all - my name is Rachel and my husband is Florian and we just adopted Suzuki on Sunday! She seems to be adjusting well. She's had three poops outside today so I'm very happy!! This is my first grey so any advice is welcome! Look forward to meeting you soon

Welcome aboard. Congrats on your adoption. I adopted my girl (Pandy) about three weeks ago so I'm also new to the greyhound world.
I have to say adopting a greyhound is probably the best thing i've done in a long time! Good luck.

We have lots of activities here in the Charlotte area. I hope you can join us for dinner next month. It is the second Sat of April. You guys are close to the playgroup in Kannopolis. Check for that info under the Charlotte section. Greyhounds love to get together to visit with each other.

I've found, that being a first time greyhound owner myself--I'll never own another breed ---they are wonderful!

Thanks to everyone for all their well wishes!!! My new baby is doing great! Only two small accidents in the house and those were my fault. She crates well, eats very well, walks great on her leash. She terrified of the cat?! I guess I'm just happy she didn't eat her! We're heading to our first playgroup today in Kannapolis! Only issue is finding a name...
