So you CAN get your caribou fix.. if you need one.

The great loss was when the coffee roaster that was located in Quail Corners closed a year ago. They roasted *there*.. a couple of times a week, so the beans were *always* fresh.. None of that "We get a shipment every month from the other side of the country" stuff that you get in a lot of places. And they didn't BURN the dang beans.

They roasted carefully. Full city was dark... but not burned. And normally they went for first crack, which is where most flavor is... Get the impression I'm not impressed with either Caribou or the dread charbucks?

i have to have my coffee flavored so maybe i can't taste the "burnt" taste. when we were in florida there were no caribous, only starbucks. starbucks coffee is never hot enough.
