April 26th is the date for Bark in the Park.

Bark in the Park is held by the Mecklenburg County Park and Rec Dept as a fundraiser to fund more dog parks in Mecklenburg County. GFNC will have a table at the event. Come on out and stop by to say hello. We are also looking for more volunteers for this event. If you are available please contact us.

Ritter told his mom that he wanted to help out. He had so much fun last year seeing all of the dogs.

Maddie said her Mommy can't make it as she is volunteering to watch the horses run (and the drunk people) at the Queen's cup. Maddie will be missing all her buddies and it is possble that Maddie's Unca Colin with CMPD might stop by to say Hi to you all. Hope you rake in big bucks for the doggies says Maddie.
