The Meet and Greet with Wal-Mart and Purina's "Very Best Pet Network" is scheduled for March 8th in Statesville. This is a opportunity to raise funds and promote greyhound adoption. Walmart will match donated funds up to $1000. We need volunteers for the event that can commit to at least a portion of the 10:00 am - 2:00 pm time slots.

The details are below - if you can volunteer your time let us know. This is Sandy Paws weekend so many volunteers will be out of pocket.

Ritter decided that he would like to come and help out as long as his mom would get him a McDonald's hamburger.

He will be there at 10 am.

Thanks Desta! It is a bit of a drive so he will need a hamburger or he may just waste away.

Rick and I will be bringing tables, tent, etc so we only have room for one dog in the van. Linda C and Bonnie H have volunteered. We could use some more dogs if you are available.

Wow-you should have a nice group-Linda and Courney are bringing Sunshine. Gail Partington and Larry are bringing their 3. Joe and Karen Moreau from Hickory are bringing I don't know how many of theirs.
I can't come because some of my volunteers will be at Sandy Paws and I'll need to be at the kennel.
