Comments:

In case anyone doesn't know who Dr. Couto is, he is an expert on cancer in greys and is doing all kinds of studies on it. You can see one of his papers in our health section-the first sticky when you open it up.
He is with the veterinary college at Ohio State University and even offers to send chemo if you can't afford it. He also does second opinions for a lot of people.

When do you need this by?

I'm not the one that is doing the survey-it is someone that is doing it for Dr. Couto- Diane -her e-mail address is listed and it tells where to send it. I am just cross posting it as she asked-she first posted it on the Circle of Greys Yahoo Group which is used by many, many people who's greys have cancer or any other disease. She didn't say how long it will go on.
